What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bid writing and tender management, ideally within the social care sector.

Strong understanding of social care services, particularly in relation to learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.

Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to bid management.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with local authority tenders and framework agreements.

Knowledge of funding models, commissioning processes, and regulatory requirements within social care.

APMP (Association for Proposal Management Professionals) certification or equivalent qualification.

Strong commercial contract experience.
