Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Your Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while ensuring the continued success of our existing services. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build partnerships, secure contracts, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to and execute a strategic growth plan in alignment with Kisimul’s overall objectives.

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive external engagement.

Create demand for Kisimul’s services, enabling operational teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Manage business development activities, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media, advertising campaigns, and external communications.

Lead on tendering and framework submissions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders.

Represent Kisimul at industry events, networking to enhance our visibility and reach.

Use data and insights to inform business decisions and report on performance.

Support the mobilisation of new services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
