The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Coilean, South Hykeham, Lincoln
As a Senior Life Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
· Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
· Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
· Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
· Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £13.99 Level 2: £14.31 Level 3: £15.19
