About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Peripatetic Children’s Home Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and stability across our registered children’s residential homes in Lincolnshire.

In this dynamic role, you will:

Provide short- and medium-term management across multiple homes as required
Lead and coach Registered Managers to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.
Drive improvement, innovation, and best practice across services.
Support new home openings and help embed the Kisimul culture and values.
Ensure services consistently meet regulatory and safeguarding standards.

This is a key role for a confident, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible difference across multiple settings.

About You

Your Qualities

Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven management experience in registered children’s residential care
Demonstrable experience of leading children’s home teams through Ofsted inspection and achieving ratings of good or outstanding
Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks
Evidence of an ability to effect improvement and lead teams to solve complex challenges
A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire
