Location: Remote with occasional travel to Lincolnshire
Salary: Upto £35,000 depending on experience

About the Role

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kisimul Group, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our education, care, and support services. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, delivering proactive and innovative talent acquisition strategies that support the organisation's growth and commitment to providing outstanding care and education.
  • This is a highly collaborative role where you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while helping to build diverse and high-performing teams. You will use data, market insight, and recruitment best practice to identify talent, strengthen employer branding, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment advice, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Create engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through a range of channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent pools.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular insights and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Promote and strengthen Kisimul Group's employer brand across external and internal channels.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment legislation, safer recruitment practices, and organisational policies.
  • Support recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at improving attraction, retention, and hiring efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with external recruitment partners, education providers, and community organisations where appropriate.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practice to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing, ideally within healthcare, education, social care, or a multi-site environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interviewing skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems, candidate attraction tools, and employment legislation.
  • Passion for helping organisations find talented people who can make a meaningful difference.
